kalo di negara2 maju bisalah subsidi perusahaan swasta, nah di Indonesia Ku Jaya Raya, biaya subsidi aja blm dibayar oleh pemerintah....

Di Perancis, justru pemerintah-lah yang berperan dalam kemajuan kereta api, nama jawatan kereta api-nya SNCF (Societe National de Chemin de Fer), kalau di USA, memang 100% kereta api dikelola oleh swasta.
